This does have these 10 millimeter nylon ball sockets here that are going to allow you to very easily install directly onto your 10 millimeter ball studs and just snap right in place, give you that nice firm connection there. Our overall length from the center of one ball socket to the center of the other, we're gonna be just over 12 inches, we'll call it 12 1/16 of an inch, our compressed length is going to be 7 1/2 inches, so our stroke here is gonna be 4 9/16 of an inch. more

This is going to replace one lift support arm on your truck cover, your boat hatch, toolbox, or other application. This will extend to help hold your lid or hatch open, so you're not gonna have to worry about it closing when you don't want it to, and it's gonna give you a little bit of assist as you lift it open, and then it is going to gently compress while closing, so you don't have to worry about smashing your fingers or gear as you're closing that hatch or door. This does have these 10 millimeter nylon ball sockets that are going to connect very easily into your 10 millimeter ball fitting or stud, so it's just gonna click right in place and have that nice secure connection. Our overall length here from the center of one ball socket to the center of the other is gonna be right at 13 inches, and when we have this compressed, it's gonna be about 7 7/8 of an inch from ball socket to ball socket, and our stroke here is gonna be 5 1/8 of an inch. more
